Booth application procedures

1. Distribution principle: apply first, pay first, arrange first;

2. Within 3 days after registration, the enterprise shall remit 50% or all of the fees to the designated account; The balance will be paid before April 6.

3. In order to comply with the overall layout, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary;

4. The booth fee is not refundable unless the applicant is not accepted by the organizer;

5. The units that demonstrate the need for water, power and compressed air for the equipment shall apply one month prior to the exhibition.

6. The special installation enterprise must use the general assembly to specify the bidding builder, and the construction vehicles will not be allowed to enter the library during the construction period.
